If there is a hole, it can be temporarily welded and repaired.

②Fan blade falls off or breaks: When the auxiliary fan blade falls off, the fineness of the product will suddenly become thicker and fluctuate greatly. At this time, the body of the metal shredder swings slightly, so it should be shut down in time for inspection and treatment.

③Uneven control board: During the operation of the metal shredder, the control board will also move inward or outward due to the vibration of the machine body, resulting in changes in the fineness of the product. At this time, it is also necessary to check whether the outer dimensions of the control board are uniform in order to correct it in time.

④Inner shell blanking pipe is blocked: When the blanking pipe is blocked, the coarse material accumulated in the inner shell can overflow into the finished shell from the return air leaf, causing the product fineness to suddenly become thicker. At this time, the load of the grinding hoist will drop quickly, and it should be shut down immediately for inspection and treatment.

⑤The "roughness" of the output of the mill is caused by the performance change of the input material or improper feeding operation, which causes the mill to experience "full grinding" or "grinding dead", resulting in the sudden increase in the fineness of the output material. At this time, the feeding amount should be adjusted first to restore the material balance, so that the fineness of the grinding material reaches the normal control range.
