The crack can be repaired by welding according to this method of symmetrical weight compensation.

2. Perform a simple dynamic balance test on the impeller. The method is also very simple. Use an object to support the impeller, move it by hand, and try to rotate it gently. If the balance is not reached, it will stop at a lower point and Swing left and right. If it is too heavy, spot welding on the opposite impeller to increase the weight to balance it, or use an angle grinder to remove the weld marks of the heavier impeller, and balance can also be achieved, so that the fan can be repaired for normal operation.

3. Regularly add grease to the scrap shredder. It is commonly used to assemble a cover oil cup on the bearing. Generally, you only need to rotate the oil cup cover 1/4 turn every 2 hours to put the cup inside The grease can be pressed into the bearing, if it is a closed bearing, the grease can be refilled every 300 hours. After long-term use, if the grease has deteriorated, the bearing should be cleaned and replaced with a new grease. When the scrap shredder is working, the bearing temperature should not exceed 40℃. If the bearing temperature continues to increase under normal working conditions, it should be Find out the reason and try to troubleshoot.

4. Carefully clean the raw materials to be shredded. It is strictly forbidden to mix copper, iron, lead and other metal parts and large stones and other debris into the shredding room. Do not increase the speed of the production line at will, generally allow a difference of about 10% from the rated speed. When the scrap shredder is working with a larger power machine, attention should be paid to control the flow and make the flow even, not sudden and slow.
