1. The fixed operation of the metal shredder should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the workplace changes frequently, the metal shredder and motor should be mounted on a base made of angle iron. If the crusher is powered by a diesel engine, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the power of the diesel engine is slightly larger than that of the crusher, and the pulley grooves of both should be the same. The outer end face of the pulley should be on the same plane.

2. Before starting, check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the metal shredder unit are tight, whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, and whether the power cord is in good condition. Whether the motor shafts are parallel.

3. Check whether the hammer head is in good condition, the size of the sieve hole is correct, and whether there is any damage. Carry the tow belt to check whether the spindle is flexibly rotated, and whether there is jamming, touching or grinding.

4. After power on, first let the device idle for 2-3 minutes to check whether the rotor is turned correctly and the sound is normal. It can only be used after running smoothly at the rated speed. Pay attention to the operation of the crusher at any time during the use process, and the feeding should be uniform, so as not to block the feeding port and avoid overloading for a long time.

5. If there is vibration, noise, high temperature of bearing and body, water spraying out, etc., stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to work after troubleshooting.

6. When the machine is running, the operator shall not leave the unit or disassemble the machine to observe the working conditions in the crushing chamber. Maintenance tools must not be placed on the machine.

7. Operators shall not wear gloves. When blocked, it is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the packing. When feeding, stand on the side of the crusher to prevent bouncing debris from hurting the face.

8. Don't stop working immediately after work is over. Idle for 2-3 minutes to drain all material from the machine. Cleaning and maintenance should be carried out after shutdown.
