Working principle of tire shredder

The tire shredder is composed of motor, reducer, rotary cutter shaft, imported movable cutter, fixed cutter, frame, machine base, box, and other main structures.

11 fixed knives are installed on the tire shredder, and 44 detachable embedded movable knives are installed on the rotating knife shaft, and the movable knives can be used on both sides. After blunt use, remove and replace the angle until both sides are blunt. Sharpening, because it is a claw-type movable knife, rotary cutting, and the fixed knife and movable knife are imported from Japan SKD11, the hardness after heat treatment is above HRC60°, so the service life is long, the cutting ability is strong, and the production capacity is high. Knives need to be sharpened only when it is used for more than 1000 tons. It is used together with conveyor belts, two-stage crushers, wire separators, nylon separators, and pulverizers, so it can be automated, rationalized and labor-saving.
