Overloading for a long time will burn the motor. In this situation, the feed gate should be reduced or closed immediately, and the feeding method can also be changed, and the feed amount can be controlled by adding a feeder.

3. The discharge pipe is not smooth and blocked. If the feeding is too fast, the tuyere of the single-shaft shredder will be blocked; improper matching with the conveying equipment will cause the discharge pipe to be weakened or blocked after being seamless. After the fault is found, the conveying equipment that does not match the change of the delivery port should be cleaned first, and the feeding amount should be adjusted to restore the normal operation of the metal shredder.
