Introduce the structure of the dual shaft shredder

The structure of the dual shaft shredder mainly includes detachable cutter, spline shaft, detachable chassis, and reducer. Today I will introduce the main structural components of the shredder:

1. Detachable tool

Removable blade design can greatly shorten blade replacement time. Complete shredder blades consist of conductors, claw blades and stationary blades. Removal and replacement of worn blades can be done simply by loosening and locking the bolts.

2. Spline shaft

The spline shaft is made of high-alloy 42CrMo material, which can evenly transmit the torque to the insert, reducing insert wear and main handling.

3. Detachable chassis

The shredder box can be removed at both ends of the coupling and the main shaft can be completely removed by removing the mounting plate at the bearing end. After dismantling the spindle, the cutter body and bearings can be maintained, overhauled and replaced.

4. Reducer

Fine grinding, stable transmission, low noise, large bearing capacity, low temperature rise and long service life. Directly coupled reducers can improve energy transfer more efficiently.
