Double shaft shredder is a kind of equipment often used in the recycling industry. Its main function is to shred various large materials into small pieces, which is convenient for transportation and subsequent processing. So what needs to be paid attention to when operating the shredder?
1. Frequently check the connecting bolts and fix the lag bolts of the toothed tooth plate to prevent loosening.
2. Lubricate each bearing bush, large and small gears and special-shaped gears 1-2 times per shift to ensure sufficient lubricating oil inside the bearing bush and reduce excessive breakdown of the bush and gear.
3. The feeding particle size should not exceed the specified size, and the feeding should be continuous and uniform to prevent material blocking.
4. Always check the temperature of the spare bearing, the temperature rise of the bearing bush should not exceed room temperature by 25-30C.
5. The bearing slideway of the moving roller should be cleaned frequently to remove dust and miscellaneous materials, so as to prevent accidents caused by materials entering the moving roller and being unable to move.
6. When there is a sudden power failure, first disconnect the power supply of the motor to prevent accidents caused by sudden power failure. Then take out the unshredded material in the shredder to prevent the safety pin from being cut off due to excessive load when the shredder starts.
7. Pay attention to observe the working condition of the safety pin, and cut off the power immediately after the safety pin is cut off, so as to prevent the large pulley from idling on the sleeve for too long, which will cause excessive wear on the mating surface and even shaft holding phenomenon and other ACCIDENT.
8. Operators strictly implement safety technical operating procedures and should not operate at will to prevent personal and equipment accidents.
