During the working process of the metal shredder, the power is stably transmitted to the main shaft through the reducer connected to the motor. Under the traction of the main shaft, the shredder blade fixed on the main shaft will enter the machine cavity of the metal shredder. The scrap metal is clamped. During the continuous pressing process of the blade clamping position, the material is drawn into the gap between the two shafts. Through the tearing effect of the two shafts, the material achieves the crushing effect. After crushing, the material usually appears in the shape of strips or sheets. The filtered material from the bottom of the equipment is transported through the conveyor belt to other equipment for centralized processing or direct collection.

1. Special moving and fixed blades for metal shredders

The shredder blade is divided into a fixed knife and a moving knife. The fixed knife is fixed on the main shaft of the shredder through an internal hexagonal clamping hole to crush the material.

The regular hexagonal interface shaft is connected to the reducer through bearings and couplings.

It mainly provides support for the installation of bearings and the fixation of the main shaft, and at the same time provides a relatively closed space for the linkage crushing of four or two axes.

The internal pressure-bearing cylinder reduces friction during spindle rotation, thereby reducing torque loss.

5. Metal shredder reducer

The motor output speed is adjusted through the reducer, while reducing motor damage caused by spindle impact and increasing spindle torque.
