The double shaft shredder has the characteristics of low noise, low energy consumption and high output. 1. Removable tool
The detachable blade design can greatly shorten the replacement time of the blade. A complete crushing blade is composed of the blade body, blade-A (blade with claw) and blade-B. The disassembly and replacement of worn blades can be easily completed by loosening and tightening the bolts. Crushing different materials, flexibly equipped with the corresponding number of claw blades, can give full play to the machine's excellent shredding effect.
2. Spindle
The main shaft is made of high-alloy 42CrMo material, which can evenly transmit the torque to the blade and reduce the wear of the blade and the main shaft. Since the diameter of the main shaft is the same as that of the shaft head, it is more suitable for large-scale shredders to crush hard metal materials.
3. Detachable chassis
The crushing box can be dismantled at both ends of the coupling, and the main shaft can be dismantled as a whole by removing the mounting plates at both ends of the bearing. After the main shaft is removed, the cutter body and bearings can be maintained, overhauled and replaced. The simple box maintenance design provides a safer working environment for maintenance personnel. The machine case is processed as a whole to ensure the concentricity of the main shaft and bearing installation position, extend the service life of the bearing and reducer, and make the machine run more smoothly.
4. Reducer
Equipped with reinforced high-rigidity cast iron box. Hard-tooth surface gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, the surface is carburized and hardened, and the teeth are finely machined, with smooth transmission, low noise, large carrying capacity, large temperature rise, and long life. Direct-connected reducer can more effectively improve energy transmission. The coupling end of the reducer adopts a spline design, which can effectively transmit torque and reduce energy consumption. The maintenance is convenient, and only simple tools can be used for dismantling, maintenance and other tasks.
5. Hydraulic pressing device
The material pressing device is installed above the hopper and driven by the hydraulic system, which can squeeze large-volume materials to the bottom of the crushing box so that the claws can shred the materials and increase the output of the equipment. The modular design of the hydraulic device simplifies the hydraulic oil replacement and other maintenance workflows.
6. Electric control cabinet
The electric control cabinet is equipped with Siemens PLC and implements German electric originals to realize the automatic operation of the two-axis machine. The touch screen operation facilitates the programming, maintenance and overhaul of the whole machine. The customer can choose soft start or VFD frequency converter start to realize the smooth start of the machine.
