1. Different structures. 2. Different blade types. 3.Different working principles. The double shaft shredder uses two relatively rotating blades to shred materials through the principle of mutual shear and shredding. Double motor + double planetary reducer, strong power, stable and reliable operation. The material enters the shredding box, which is equipped with shredding blades. The materials are shredded into small pieces through the combined effects of the shredding blades to tear, squeeze, and cut, and then discharged from the lower part of the box. The single-shaft shredder utilizes the interaction between the movable knife and the fixed knife, and controls the discharging particle size through a screen to shred, shear and squeeze the material into a smaller particle size. The material pushing system is used to send the material to the blade rotor for crushing, providing a large shear force and ensuring a high crushing rate. It is often used for the fine crushing of solid waste, and can process materials into smaller particles at one time.

4. The difference in material fragmentation. The double shaft crusher has large torque and high crushing rate.
