The main function of the metal shredder is to extrude the bulk metal materials and the large diameter drum metal materials that are inconvenient to transport through the shearing of the metal shredder, and shred them into pieces that meet the requirements. However, in daily use, the metal shredder sometimes produces obvious vibration. So what will cause the shredder to vibrate abnormally?
1. If the discharge speed is too slow in production, the motor load is significantly increased, and the ammeter pointer swings away from the limit parameter, which can be judged as equipment blockage caused by too fast feeding speed. When this happens, the speed of the feeding mechanism should be adjusted immediately, and the feeding speed of the conveyor belt should be slowed down. Wait until the machine returns to normal and then start the fixed feeding. During this period, pay attention to the pointer of the ammeter and control it with 85% of the rated current as the standard to solve the above problems. .
2. If the discharge pipe is not smooth or the material is blocked too fast, the air outlet will be blocked; improper matching with the conveying equipment will cause the discharge pipe to be weakened or blocked after no wind. After the fault is detected, the unmatched conveying equipment should be cleared first, and the feeding amount should be adjusted to make the equipment operate normally.
3. The phenomenon of serious wear and aging of the hammer head is obvious, and the poor aperture of the screen mesh will cause the output of the double-shaft shredder to decrease when it is working. It cannot meet the feeding requirements and cause the equipment to be blocked. In this case, the hammer head should be better in time. The mesh is cleaned by the aperture to keep the double-shaft shredder in good working condition.
