Process flow:

The whole production line is composed of feed conveyor, shredder host, discharge conveyor, magnetic separation conveyor, material distribution conveyor, dust removal, and operation cabinet. Broken objects from the metal shredder pass through the belt conveyor and magnetic separation system to separate ferrous metal objects from non-ferrous metal objects and non-metallic objects, and are sent out to the pile by their respective conveyors. Non-ferrous metals and non-metallic objects will be searched again by magnetic separation equipment on the conveyor, and free iron metal objects will be sorted out, thereby improving the recovery rate of ferrous metal objects. At the same time, manual selection of non-ferrous metals can improve recycling efficiency.
