The double shaft shredder is a torque shearing device designed for crushing large hard materials. 1. Removable cutter

2. Spindle

The spline spindle is made of high-alloy 42CrMo material, which can evenly transmit the torque to the blade and reduce the wear of the blade and the spindle. Since the diameter of the splined spindle is the same as the diameter of the shaft head, it is more suitable for large shredders to crush hard metal materials.

3. Removable chassis

The crushing box can be removed at both ends of the coupling, and the spindle can be removed as a whole by removing the mounting plates at both ends of the bearing.

After removing the spindle, the cutter body and bearings can be maintained, repaired and replaced. The simple box maintenance design provides a safer working environment for maintenance personnel.

4. Reducer

The direct-connected reducer can more effectively improve energy transmission. The coupling end of the reducer adopts a spline design, which can effectively transmit torque and reduce energy consumption. It is easy to maintain, and only simple tools are needed to perform dismantling and maintenance.

5. Hydraulic pressing device

The pressing device is installed above the material and driven by the hydraulic system. It can squeeze large-volume materials to the bottom of the crushing box so that the claws can tear the materials and increase the output of the equipment.
