Scrap copper and aluminum wires represent one of the highest-value sectors in the scrap metal industry. However, the true value of electrical scrap can only be unlocked when the conductive core is fully liberated from its outer insulation layer (such as PVC, cross-linked polyethylene, Teflon, or armored lead). Preventing Rotor Entanglement and Friction Melting

Processing flexible, ductile wires presents distinct hazards compared to rigid plastics or brittle minerals:

Anti-Tangle Rotor Architecture: Stranded wire and thin automotive harness bundles tend to wind tightly around high-speed shafts, causing motor lockups, bearing damage, and severe friction fires.
